First, go to the cover of your black ops game, and, check closely the guns, specially the one on the left.

Check the gun upper part, and when you see it, you see S A L L Y (Roman Numbers) VIII IIII

Now, we all now that in black ops, in the Zombies Mode, you get to a room where you can do something called Pack-O-Punch, where you significantly upgrade your gun.

When you upgrade this model (Colt 1911 if Wikipedia Doesn't Back Down XD) you get an Akimbo (I dunno if akimbo or not, haven't even got home yet) called Mustang & Sally.

Now, what I think, (I found this out right now, LoL) ia that the Guy in the cover (Dunno who he is, probably the player a.k.a YOU) has got the Colt 1911 Akimbo (not packed o punch) and the meaning of Sally must be her lover or something, and the number is the count kill or something like that, many people with mental disorders get used to these things, or at least the most vulnerable minds.
